By March 2021, Mumbai\Chennai – Greenbase, an Industrial & Logistics Park proudly announces the inauguration ceremony of its first ever client ‘Vestas’ delivery achievement that celebrated successful production of the first Nacelle and Hub along with the imminent start-up of the converter factory in Greenbase Industrial & Logistics Park in Oragadam, New Chennai.
The occasion was graced by Greenbase top line Mr. Shridhar, CEO & Group Advisor and Mr. Hemant Prabhukeluskar -COO along with Mr. Charles Lawrence McCall, Senior Director, India Operations, Vestas Wind Technologies. The tradition of lighting ‘kuthu villakku’ was performed in the city known for its cultural spirit, followed by the inaugural prologue to the gathered audience.
A total of 0.35 million sqft. of the factory building and an additional 0.20 million sqft. of finished goods yard was delivered to the Vestas team in record time despite the pandemic disruptions by the entire Greenbase Team.
