The work culture under new normal is under a churning process and new guidelines will be defined changing the future landscape of work culture. Emerging trends like Work from Home, remote work culture to gain traction as also get back to office culture will boost larger floor plates keeping social distancing norms in mind. Co-working space will continue to gain prominence for its flexi -work comfort and walk to work convenience.
As business organizations are on cautious spree in lieu of cost optimization, the merits of co-working will become apparent. ‘Flexible, affordable and accessible’ will be the new mantra driving growth of co-working spaces, but it will need co-working spaces to make the shift from just a workspace provider to a holistic solutions provider for corporates and business organizations requiring ideal workspaces in the post-COVID-19 world.
The increased demand for business centres in township projects points to a future where co-working spaces will not just be in demand, but will see linear growth.
