Centre sustains thrust on affordable housing

The Union Budget rolled out earlier in February 2020, focused on the extension of sops offered to affordable housing and the creation of data centres. However, the liquidity crisis, which was the major problem and required urgent measures, failed to receive adequate attention. Overall, neither the home seeker nor the real estate developer had much to take away from the Budget 2020.
