The long-standing dispute between the Indian government and Unitech over the payment of dues has yet to be resolved, which is causing significant delays in the company’s ability to proceed with their projects. Given the gravity of the situation, I believe that a mediation session is necessary, facilitated by the highest authority in the country, to help both parties reach an agreement and allow for progress to be made in the stalled housing projects.
