Increase in real estate supply with the launch of multiple projects coming in to the markets with redevelopment and SRA projects picking up the steam in metro cities like Mumbai. Also, with enhanced connectivity other micro markets will also garner traction from developers to launch new inventory. Though, it will make the market price competitive but branded and organized developers with quality and sound financial structure will lead the race in-spite of upward price revision.
